About
WashMe is an owner-run laundry — a small, focused team, not a franchise and not an app reselling third-party capacity. We arrange pickup and delivery across 25 Costa del Sol neighbourhoods, wash everything in our own commercial-grade facility in Mijas, and return it hand-folded to the agreed handover point. Same team, same machines, same standard on every job.
How we work
The team is bilingual English/Spanish, built for the coast's mix of residents, expats, villa owners, Airbnb hosts and boutique hotels. When you message the WhatsApp line, a person who knows your route answers — confirmation usually comes back within 30 minutes during operating hours (Mon–Sat 07:30–19:00). Collections run in the evening window, 19:00–21:00, deliberately off-peak so routes are faster and lower-emission.
Our own facility — why it matters
Every order runs in its own machine at Av. del Golf 25, Mijas (29649) — your laundry is never mixed with anyone else's. Linens wash at 60°C, everything else at 40°C, with eco-certified detergent and no fabric softener unless you ask for it. Every piece is hand-folded before delivery. Dry cleaning runs on our in-house line; we do not accept fur, suede or leather garments. The walk-in counter is open Monday–Saturday, 10:00–16:00, if you'd rather drop off and collect in person.
What we stand behind
Our reported loss rate is under 0.1% — effectively zero in practice — and any lost or damaged item is covered under our damage & loss policy, with same-day notification if an issue is found during processing. Prices are published, not quoted on the phone: €6.99/kg for 1–10 kg, €6.79/kg for 11–20 kg, €6.49/kg for 21–30 kg, with free pickup and delivery on orders from €49.50. We also run a genuinely lower-impact operation — eco-certified detergents, lower-temperature cycles where hygiene allows, recycled rinse water and a hybrid fleet (full detail here).
