What you need to know.
When do you collect, and how fast is turnaround?
We collect in the evening (7–9pm) — deliberately off-peak, so quieter roads mean a faster, lower-emission route. Standard return is in 2–3 days with free delivery. Express return within 24 hours costs +€29.90.
How do I weigh my laundry?
You do not need to. Choose an approximate weight when booking; our facility weighs wash & fold and itemises any specialist garments. The exact total is shown in the order record and charged to the securely saved card before cleaning starts.
What if I'm not home?
You don't need to be. We coordinate with your gardener, housekeeper, villa manager, or concierge — whatever works. Tell us once, we remember.
How is delicate laundry handled?
Anything labelled dry-clean-only is dry-cleaned in-house by our own specialists — not outsourced. Wool, silk, embellished pieces — hand-washed separately. Flag anything special on collection.
Do I need an account?
No. Residential booking is a guest checkout: choose services, confirm your exact address and available times, then securely save a card through SumUp. There is no app or customer account to create.
