A bag at your door.
Tied up, left at your gate, with your concierge, or with your housekeeper. We coordinate access — no need to be home. Free pickup & delivery on orders from €49.50.
We collect, you get a photo.
Discreet branded van. Photo on collection sent via WhatsApp, so you always know your laundry is on its way. Same driver each visit — we keep the route consistent.
Hotel-grade processing.
Commercial machines, 60°C for linens, 40°C for everything else. Eco-certified detergent, no fabric softener unless requested. Your laundry is never mixed with anyone else's — separate machine, every order.
Hand-folded, every piece.
Sheets, fitted sheets, pillowcases, towels — all folded the same way every time. Pressed when it matters. Nothing thrown into a bag in a rush.
Sealed and labelled.
Stack wrapped with a branded paper band. Weight noted. Special items separated. Tagged with the pickup address — so multi-property hosts never get bags mixed up.
Back the next morning.
Standard turnaround is 24–48h with free delivery; Express within 24h or Priority within 12h if you need it faster. Delivered to the same spot, with a final WhatsApp confirmation. Ready before guests arrive.

When do you collect, and how fast is turnaround?
We collect in the evening (7–9pm) — deliberately off-peak, so quieter roads mean a faster, lower-emission route. Standard turnaround is 24–48h with free delivery. Need it faster? Express delivers within 24h for +€29.90, and Priority within 12h — by the next morning — for +€49.90.
How do I weigh my laundry?
You don't. We weigh on collection and confirm via WhatsApp before processing. Per-kg pricing means no surprises and no guesswork.
What if I'm not home?
You don't need to be. We coordinate with your gardener, housekeeper, villa manager, or concierge — whatever works. Tell us once, we remember.
How is delicate laundry handled?
Anything labelled dry-clean-only is dry-cleaned in-house by our own specialists — not outsourced. Wool, silk, embellished pieces — hand-washed separately. Flag anything special on collection.
Do I need an account?
No. Send a WhatsApp message with pickup address and we'll start. First pickup is free pickup-and-delivery, like every pickup after.
