FAQ
What’s the minimum portfolio size?
We work with portfolios from 8 active properties upward. Below that, our per-property rate doesn’t scale efficiently for either side — but we’ll refer you to a retail option if you’re under that threshold.
Can you match our current pricing?
We don’t compete on lowest price — we compete on reliability and textile quality. That said, volume discounts scale with portfolio size. Most multi-property clients pay between €25 and €45 per two-bedroom turnover depending on linen specification.
Do you do linen rental?
Yes — it’s optional. For portfolios 15+ it often makes more sense financially than owning textile inventory. We rent, replace, and depreciate the linen stock; you pay a flat per-changeover rate.
What happens if a turnover fails?
If we miss our pickup-before-11:00 → delivery-before-15:00 SLA through fault of ours, that turnover is credited. Agencies hate surprises — we eat the cost when we’re wrong.
How fast can we start?
Trial turnover can run 48 hours after we talk. Full contract onboarding typically takes 1 week for portfolios under 20, 2 weeks for larger. Peak season (July-August, Easter) we reserve priority capacity for agency partners.
