Gates first: how we work the Golden Mile
Nearly every collection we make on the Golden Mile starts at a barrier. Sierra Blanca, Cascada de Camoján and Lomas de Marbella Club all log vehicles at security, so we register the van's plate with the urbanisation after your first order; from then on, the gate waves the driver through on collection days. For that first pickup, a quick call from you or your staff to the caseta is all it takes.
In practice we deal with housekeepers more often than owners here. Most Golden Mile households set a standing weekly slot: the housekeeper hands over bedding, pool towels and staff uniforms, checks the count against our WhatsApp confirmation, and signs for the delivery 24–48 hours later — owners follow the whole exchange from their phone, wherever they happen to be. Villa loads on this stretch run heavy, which works in your favour: above 20 kg the rate drops to €6.49 per kilo.
Lower down, along the Marbella Club and Puente Romano corridor, the residential blocks run their own receptions and we work through them, same as in Banús. One local note: westbound traffic past the King Abdul Aziz mosque crawls from 18:00 in summer, so beach-side clients booking the 19:00–21:00 window should expect us in the later half of it.
