We offer free pickup and delivery across 25 Costa del Sol neighbourhoods, from San Pedro in the west to Fuengirola in the east. This covers Marbella, Puerto Banús, San Pedro de Alcántara, Nueva Andalucía, Golden Mile, Fuengirola, Mijas Costa and many more. No surcharge based on address within our coverage area.
Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours. Same-day delivery is available for pickups before 09:00 — we’ll have it back to you before 15:00. For larger orders or hotel contracts, we set a fixed daily collection window.
Per-kilo wash & fold is €6.49–€6.99/kg depending on volume and frequency. Pickup and delivery are free on orders from €49.50; smaller orders include a small delivery fee or can be bundled with your next pickup. Dry cleaning, carpet cleaning, and rental linen are priced separately. Hotels, Airbnb operators and other business customers get wholesale tiers — see /business/ for details.
You don’t need to be. We coordinate with your concierge, housekeeper, gardener, villa manager — whatever works for your setup. Tell us once and we remember. For gated villas in Sierra Blanca, Cascada de Camoján or La Quinta, we coordinate access via your existing contact. No extra fee.
Every order goes through its own commercial machine — we never mix laundry between customers. Linens wash at 60°C, everything else at 40°C. We use eco-certified detergent and skip fabric softener unless you request it. Every piece is hand-folded before delivery.
Yes. Dry-clean-only items — suits, dresses, silk, wool — run through our own in-house dry-cleaning line; fur, suede and leather go to a certified external specialist. Embellished pieces are hand-washed separately. Flag anything special at collection or via WhatsApp.
Yes — this is a large part of what we do. We work with multi-property hosts across Marbella, Puerto Banús and San Pedro. We can pick up between guests, deliver fresh linen the same day, and rotate sets so you always have backup stock. Volume pricing applies.
Daily collection and delivery, fixed monthly pricing based on volume. We can scale up for summer season and handle peak load. Contact info@washme.es for a written quote — we’ll need rough monthly kilos and pickup frequency.
Damage or loss is rare but does happen in any laundry operation. See /damage-loss-policy/ for full terms. In short: we cover up to the item’s replacement value with proof of purchase, and we always notify you the same day if an issue is found during processing.
No. Send a WhatsApp message with your pickup address and we’ll start. First pickup is free pickup-and-delivery like every pickup after. For recurring customers and businesses, we set up a simple monthly invoice — no portal, no app to install.
Bank transfer, Bizum, cash on delivery, or monthly invoice for recurring customers. Card payment available on request. We’ll confirm the method that works best for you on the first pickup.
Yes — Adam and the team speak both fluently. You can WhatsApp us in either language. The site is fully bilingual; switch via the language toggle in the header.
The walk-in counter at Av. del Golf 25, Mijas is open Monday–Saturday 10:00–16:00, closed Sunday. Standard collections run Monday–Saturday in the evening window, 19:00–21:00 — deliberately off-peak so routes are faster and lower-emission — and same-day collections before 9:00 can be arranged. The WhatsApp line is answered Monday–Saturday, 07:30–19:00.
There is no minimum weight. Free pickup and delivery applies to orders from €49.50; below that, a collection can still be arranged — just ask when you book on WhatsApp +34 663 171 568.

Yes — on orders from €49.50, pickup and delivery are genuinely free across all 25 neighbourhoods we cover, with no zone surcharges and no fuel fees. You pay only for the laundry itself.
Yes. Weekly recurring customers get preferential per-kilo rates, and businesses with monthly volume — hotels, Airbnb operators, restaurants — move onto wholesale tiers of €3.75–€5.75/kg. Ask on WhatsApp and we’ll quote your setup in writing.
Yes. Modern carpets and rugs are deep-extraction washed; Persian, silk and antique pieces are hand-cleaned (high-value pieces via our certified specialist). Duvets, pillows and bulky bedding are washed per piece — see /carpet-wash/ or ask for a quote on WhatsApp.
Usually within 30 minutes during operating hours (Mon–Sat 07:30–19:00). Out of hours, you’ll have an answer first thing the next morning.
Of course — most customers start with a single bag. There’s no contract, no account and no commitment; free pickup and delivery applies from €49.50 like any other order. If you like the result, we can set up a weekly slot.
