Yes. We process every order in commercial machines using hotel-grade detergents, with separate cycles for whites, colors, and delicates. Linens come back hand-folded in branded transport bags — the same standard a 4-star boutique hotel expects. If a guest ever complains about linen quality, we'll re-process the load at no charge.

We pre-treat common stains (wine, makeup, suntan oil, food) before processing. Tough stains are usually removed in the first wash. If something doesn't come out, we'll tell you upfront before delivery — no surprises. Replacement guarantee on permanently damaged items.

Both. Most hosts have us wash their existing inventory. For hosts who want to stop owning textile inventory, we offer linen rental: we supply sheets, pillowcases, and towels at a fixed €/room/week, launder them weekly, and replace anything damaged. Especially useful if you're scaling from 1 to 5+ properties without wanting to manage inventory yourself.

Per-bag (single pickup) is €6.49–€6.99/kg wash & fold. Volume contracts for 3+ properties get a discounted per-kg rate, free pickup at every location, and monthly invoicing. Linen rental is priced per room per week with all-inclusive processing. Get a custom quote based on your property count.
