Our facility on Av. del Golf 25 sits in Riviera del Sol, one urbanisation along from Sitio de Calahonda — close enough that the van crosses your area several times a day instead of once. That changes what we can promise. Missed the morning pickup? There is usually another pass before evening, and the 19:00–21:00 window barely costs us a detour.

Sitio de Calahonda itself is one of the largest residential urbanisations on the coast, and its road network defeats most delivery drivers: long private lanes branching off Avenida de España, near-identical street names repeated across phases, and cul-de-sacs that map apps insist connect to each other. Our drivers learned it the slow way. Even so, a dropped pin beats a postal address every time, and a note like "white gate just past the Calypso turn" saves a phone call.

Clients here are mostly long-term British, Irish, Dutch and Scandinavian residents rather than holidaymakers, so the rhythm is weekly standing orders: duvets in winter, patio-cushion covers in spring, the everyday wash all year round at €6.99 per kilo. Plenty of regulars skip home pickup altogether and hand their bags over near the El Zoco commercial centre when they are passing it anyway.
