01

What we use

A cookie is a small piece of data a site stores in the browser. Local storage and session storage serve similar purposes but are not automatically sent with every web request.

WashMe uses essential storage to remember language, retain your privacy choice, recover a booking and protect customer, staff and driver access. These functions are not used for advertising.

We do not use advertising cookies, build advertising profiles or sell personal data.

02

Exact browser-storage inventory

This table reflects the current platform. Expired booking entries are rejected and removed when the page next reads them; the browser may also clear session storage earlier.

03

How analytics works

Google Analytics is configured with Consent Mode and defaults to denied. The _ga cookies are allowed only after you choose “Allow analytics”. Advertising signals remain denied at all times.

While analytics is denied, Google may receive limited cookieless consent-state and page-measurement signals. No Google Analytics identifier is written to your browser. WashMe uses this data to understand pages, journey errors and conversions, not for advertising.

Vercel Web Analytics uses aggregate cookie-free measurement; Speed Insights collects technical performance metrics. Neither uses the optional Google Analytics cookies listed on this page.

04

Your preferences

You can allow or withdraw Google Analytics at any time. Booking, tracking and portal functions continue to work with “Essential only”.

Current preference

You have not chosen yet

The change takes effect immediately in this browser. Advertising storage remains off with either choice.

05

Browser controls and contact

You can also delete cookies and storage in your browser settings. If you clear washme-consent, we will ask for your choice again; clearing a session means you will need to sign in again.
