Effective 23 August 2026. These terms explain how WashMe accepts, collects, processes, charges and returns laundry and garment-care orders.

1. Scope and service provider

These terms apply to laundry, ironing, dry-cleaning and textile-care services ordered from WashMe through washme.es, phone, WhatsApp, email or another WashMe booking channel. By confirming an order, you accept the version of these terms available at that time.

WashMe
Av. del Golf 25, Mijas, 29649, Málaga, España
info@washme.es · +34 663 171 568

Where a business account has a specific written quotation, contract or service agreement, those specific terms take priority if they conflict with these general terms.

2. Services and order formation

An online order is confirmed when the minimum payment is completed and WashMe issues confirmation. Orders made through another channel are confirmed when WashMe accepts the services, address and collection window in writing.

  • Wash and fold is charged using the exact accepted weight measured at the facility.
  • Ironing and dry clean and press are charged by accepted garment and the appropriate treatment after inspection.
  • Specialist services, commercial orders and linen rental may require a separate quotation or agreement.

We may refuse a garment or treatment that cannot be processed safely, falls outside the advertised services, or presents a hygiene, chemical or safety risk. If inspection materially changes the proposed treatment, price or timing, we will contact you before continuing where reasonably possible.

3. Pricing, payment and authorization

Consumer prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes unless clearly stated otherwise. Business quotations state whether tax is included. The published or agreed prices in effect when you confirm the order apply.

How the EUR 49.50 minimum payment works: When booking online, WashMe charges EUR 49.50 as the order minimum. It is credited in full toward the final total. After collection, weighing and inspection, WashMe may make one later charge for only the remaining balance, calculated from the services received and the published prices.

The booking estimate does not replace the final itemised total. Card payments are processed in SumUp's secure environment; WashMe does not receive or store the full card number or CVV. We provide a receipt or invoice as appropriate.

4. Collection, access and return

Collection and return are included for orders meeting the minimum and addresses within the confirmed service area. You must provide an accurate address, phone number, access instructions and an available person or handover point during the selected windows.

  • Standard: expected return in 2-3 days.
  • Express: return within 24 hours for accepted orders when capacity is available.

Times shown are the confirmed or expected windows for the order. Delicate garments, complex stains, wedding dresses, rugs and repeat treatments may take longer. We will communicate material changes. If we cannot access the collection or return point, we may arrange another visit with you.

5. Your garment responsibilities

  • Empty every pocket and remove money, documents, keys, jewellery, devices and other property.
  • Tell us about known stains, existing damage, special instructions and garments that may bleed colour or need unusual care.
  • Flag at handover any designer, antique, sentimental, irreplaceable or unusually valuable garment worth more than a few hundred euros.
  • Do not include hazardous, contaminated or unlawful materials, or items WashMe has stated it does not accept.

You confirm that you own the items or are authorised to ask us to treat them. We follow care labels and professional judgment, but cannot guarantee complete stain removal or prevent wear inherent in fabric that is already weakened.

6. Cancellation, refunds and withdrawal

To cancel, contact WashMe as soon as possible by email, phone or WhatsApp. If you cancel before collection and no service has begun, we will cancel the order and refund the payment received to the original method. If service has already begun at your request, we may deduct the proportionate value of work already supplied where permitted by law.

If you are a consumer entering a distance contract, you normally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. If you request that service begin during that period and later withdraw, proportionate payment may be due for the service supplied up to that point. The right may end once the service is fully performed where the legal consent and information requirements have been met. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

How to exercise withdrawal: Email info@washme.es with your name, contact details, order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. No specific form is required.

Approved refunds are processed without undue delay. Your bank or card issuer may take several days to display them.

7. Quality issues, damage and loss

Check the order after return and tell us about any issue as soon as possible, ideally within 2-3 days, with a description and photographs where relevant. This requested reporting period helps us investigate and does not reduce rights provided by law.

Depending on the issue, the remedy may be retreatment, repeat service, a credit, replacement or reimbursement. Damage and loss are handled under our published policy and applicable law. Read the damage and loss policy.

8. Service messages and privacy

We may send transactional SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, email or phone communications to confirm the booking, coordinate access, provide status updates, communicate changes, request instructions and confirm charges or refunds. These messages form part of delivering the requested service.

Promotional communications require a separate lawful basis or consent where applicable and include a way to stop receiving them. We process personal data only for legitimate business and service purposes and in accordance with applicable data-protection law.

9. Liability and circumstances beyond control

WashMe is responsible for providing the service with reasonable professional care and for mandatory rights and remedies under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited, including fraud, gross negligence, personal injury caused by negligence or mandatory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, property left in pockets, pre-existing defects or wear, inherent fabric reactions, or consequences of inaccurate or incomplete care information. Business accounts may be subject to specific limits agreed in writing.

We are not in breach of these terms for delays reasonably caused by severe traffic, utility outages, supplier failures, emergencies, weather, official restrictions or other events outside our reasonable control. We will try to reduce the effect and keep you informed.

10. Complaints, governing law and changes

For a question or complaint, contact WashMe first at info@washme.es, +34 663 171 568 or the address above. Include the order number and a clear description so we can investigate.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections available to you and disputes are heard by the courts determined under applicable consumer law. The parties may also use public consumer authorities and available out-of-court resolution procedures.

Further information: EU withdrawal rights and Spanish consumer law.

We may update these terms for future orders when the service, providers or law changes. The date at the top identifies the current version; changes do not retrospectively alter an already confirmed order.
