What's the difference between volume contract and linen rental?

Accepted Answer

Volume contract: you own your linen inventory; we wash, dry, fold, and deliver it. Priced per kilogram. Linen rental: we supply the linens (sheets, pillowcases, bath towels), launder, rotate, and replace damaged items. Priced per room per week. Most hotels start with volume contract and upgrade to linen rental once they want textile inventory off their balance sheet.

Do you have backup capacity for high season (July-August)?

Yes. We size every contract for July-August peak occupancy, not annual average. Dedicated rotation contracts get priority scheduling during high season. If a property exceeds projected volume mid-month, we'll absorb the overage at the agreed per-kg rate — no surge pricing.

Are there minimum-volume requirements?

Accepted Answer

For per-pickup pricing: no minimum. For volume contracts: 100 kg/month is the cutoff for discounted rates. For linen rental: 8+ rooms is the typical entry point. Below 8 rooms, per-kg volume contract usually makes more economic sense than rental.

How do you guarantee consistent linen quality across deliveries?

Accepted Answer

Every load is processed by the same operator, on the same machines, with the same detergent protocols. We do not subcontract any part of the wash, dry, or fold process — single-supplier consistency from intake to delivery. Quality-inspected before packing. If linens fall below your standard, we re-process at no charge.

Do you process specialty hotel textiles (chef whites, spa robes, table linens)?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We process chef whites and aprons (industrial whitening), bathrobes and spa towels (high-temperature wash), table linens, banquet napkins, and restaurant aprons. Stain-treatment included where stains are flagged at pickup. Dry cleaning available for items that don't tolerate water-wash.

How do you handle damaged or lost items?

Items damaged during our processing are replaced at our cost — full transparency, no fine print. Items damaged during transport (rare) are similarly covered.
