The heaviest bags on our Marbella East run come from Hacienda Las Chapas

Villas here stand on plots that often top two thousand square metres, under the protected pine woodland that covers the hillside between Elviria and Cabopino. Big houses make big laundry. A typical handover is king-size bedding from three or four bedrooms, a stack of pool towels and the table linen from a weekend of guests — 25 to 30 kg in one bag, which lands in our €6.49/kg band. Each order runs in its own machine, bed linen at 60°C, and everything comes back folded by hand.

We rarely meet the owners. The drives are long, the houses sit well back, and the people who actually run them are the gardener and the housekeeper. A standing instruction names whoever meets the van at the gate; the driver photographs the handover, and the confirmation lands on the owner's phone, whichever country that phone is in. Because most household staff finish by late afternoon, clients here usually skip the 19:00–21:00 evening window and fix a daytime stop on our Elviria run — the same van passes the Las Chapas exit twice a day.

The drive from our Riviera del Sol counter takes about fifteen minutes west along the A-7, so these quiet private roads above the coast road see us daily. Standard turnaround stays 24–48 hours, duvets and curtains included.
