El Alicate runs on a summer calendar

Between Costa Bella and Las Chapas, El Alicate (the beach many locals still call Pinomar) is a strip of low-rise beach apartments and villa rows whose population more than doubles in July. Most homes here are second residences or holiday lets, so the work splits cleanly in two: a handful of year-round households through winter, then a dense run of changeover orders all summer, when the chiringuito strip fills and every key safe on the street is in use.

Access is what new clients ask about first. Nearly everything sits between the A-7 and the sand, reached off the coastal service road and short lanes that dead-end at the beach. The van covers El Alicate on the same eastern Marbella run as Las Chapas and Elviria — our Riviera del Sol facility is a fifteen-minute drive along the A-7 — so send a location pin and the lane entrance with your first order and the driver finds you first time. Beach-side blocks without a porter usually agree a shaded handover spot by the gate.

Holiday-let owners send us what the beach does to fabric: towels stiff with salt, sand and sun cream. Each order runs in its own machine, never mixed with anyone else's, and bed linen washes at 60 °C. Operators managing several lets along this stretch qualify for wholesale rates of €3.75–5.75/kg, set by monthly volume.
